The City wanted a digital platform as distinctive as its heritage. Graphically Speaking led stakeholder workshops, citizen interviews, and content audits to deliver a data-informed, mobile-first municipal website. Navigation was card-sorted with real users, and iconography was customized to enhance wayfinding. Branded UX design supports online services, news, events, payments, FOIPA compliance, and community engagement features.
