Through stakeholder engagement, UX audits, and content strategy planning, the new site improves navigation, transparency, and trust. The redesign emphasizes public education, career opportunities, and organizational accountability - making it easier for users to understand when to call 911, how services are delivered, and how to access reports and resources.
