Graphically Speaking conducted in-depth discovery sessions—surveys, interviews, usability testing, and analytics—to guide a full redesign of Vancouver Foundation’s digital experience. The team restructured the sitemap and applied a persona-based UX approach to better serve grant seekers, donors, fund advisors, and internal users. The refreshed site improves storytelling by showcasing the Foundation’s impact through dynamic project profiles. Accessibility was a key focus, with compliance testing to meet W3C standards. Strategically placed CTAs, responsive layouts, and a modern content strategy now ensure the site is both inspirational and highly usable.
